If you know Homosassa, chances are you already know the Parkers. From life on the water to helping visitors and locals experience everything Citrus County has to offer, Jim and Patty have built deep roots and meaningful connections throughout this community.

Both Florida natives, the Parkers have been visiting Citrus County since the late 80s before officially making Homosassa home full-time in 2020. Married for 39 years and proud parents and grandparents, family is at the center of everything they do.

Together they own Gulf Spring Livin’, a local charter and adventure business offering river tours, scalloping trips, fishing, stone crab excursions, sunset cruises, manatee tours, kayak rentals, and more. Their love for the water and the Citrus County lifestyle is undeniable, and now they’re bringing that same passion into real estate.
