Still finishing up some details.
T-Shirts will be given to everyone who did the radio ad sponsorship plus the individuals who repurchased. They can be pick-up at the Hopwood House.
Jessica Barnhart will be running the diaper Derby and Cutest Cowboy/Cowgirl Contest:
So far, signed up for the cutest cowboy/cowgirl contest are: Laiken S., Anyelina V., Shakur T., Johanna, Rosaleigh T., Skylee L., Jose S. M., Sawyer P., Taytum H., Kinsleigh D., Alena C., Aurora H., Isabella R., Alexander V. Please let us know if anyone else wants to join.
Vendors: please look at the map to find your location. For the street fair to work, tents have to be in line with each other side-by-Side.
Parade: The Trolley will be parked and the line-up is whoever pulls in, your in line. I am hoping more bands and students from area school districts join. I have listed the past participants.
Maxine (South Union Township) will be the vendor point person for the day. I unfortunately will be out of town.
Tange (Your Pets) will be point person for T-Shirts, Hopwood King and Queen and entertainment.
Justine (Hopwood House) will have the T-Shirts.
Carson (Carl’s Cans) will be leading the parade driving the trolley.
Car Show will be run by Jim Beck and volunteers for the Hopwood Villagers. We hope all of the cars will join the parade.
Chris will be helping to organize the parade.
Code Officers for North and South Union will be working on Traffic and Safety.
Please let me know if I missed anybody. Vendors were first come/first serve. Once a vendor was paid, they were locked in. We tried to limit the amount of vendors selling the same products.
