After 4 incredible years as a travel advisor, I've made the difficult decision to close this chapter of my life. ✈️

This business grew with me through so many seasons, but the biggest has been my time as a new mom. Raising my son, building a life for him with my incredible husband, and learning what truly matters has shifted so much for me.

What once fit my life like a missing puzzle piece doesn't fit me the same anymore and that's okay. Growth is something I'm learning to embrace - and it's a beautiful thing.

To every client who trusted me with their vacations, milestones, and memories, THANK YOU! You were a part of a chapter in my life I will always cherish and be so proud of. 💗

I will absolutely be continuing to service all currently booked trips and make sure that those vacations are just as seamless and special as always. At this time, I will not be taking on any new bookings. I have referred clients of mine who are not currently booked to travel out to other amazing agents with Cupcake Castles Travel Company. The CCTC Family will continue to take incredible care of each and every one of you!

Now, I'm stepping fully into my next season - one that aligns most with the life my little family and I are building. I'm so thankful for this incredible journey you've come on with me.

Cheers to 4 incredible years, and to what's next!

Out of office ✨ March 20–28, 2026 ✨

I’ll be sailing aboard Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Seas and soaking up the magic at Universal Orlando Resort—spending quality time with my family while experiencing it all firsthand for my clients 💙

This is one of my favorite parts of what I do—getting on the ships, walking the resorts, and truly living the destinations so I can bring you real, personalized recommendations when it’s time to plan your trip.

Response times will be limited while I’m away, but if you’re traveling within 14 days and need urgent assistance, please follow my emergency contact instructions.

I’ll be back soon with fresh tips, new favorites, and plenty of inspiration for your next getaway ✈️🌴

Happy March (and St. Patrick’s Day!) 🍀

Ireland is more than just dramatic coastlines and green hills. It is a complex logistical puzzle of narrow roads, historic castle inventory, and specific transfer requirements. For a 2026 departure, success is found in the technical details of the itinerary, not just the destination.

This month, Sceptre - one of my amazing vacation suppliers - is offering a 10% discount on select Ireland itineraries for my clients who are ready to lock in their strategy.

Why an Ireland strategy matters:

Historic Property Access: Many of the most iconic castles and heritage stays have very specific booking windows and limited room categories. I track these windows to ensure you are positioned correctly when inventory goes live.

The Logistics Shield: I manage the private driver contracts and the fine print of the local heritage tours. I handle the "dirty work" of the planning so the transitions feel invisible to you.

The Parent Perspective: If you are traveling with a toddler, I know that a "scenic drive" can quickly become a crisis without the right stops and timing. I help find itineraries that are realistic for families, not just aspirational.

Let’s move past the daydream and look at the actual data for your next Irish departure. Sláinte to a trip where the logistics are handled long before you arrive at the castle.

DM me the word IRELAND to see which itineraries qualify for the 10% discount.

Looking for a cruise your teens will actually love? The hardest part of planning for 2026 isn’t the destination. It is finding a ship that your teen won’t want to hide from. 🚢📱

As a parent, I am already looking at how different ships handle the "age gap" in entertainment. On a ship like the Royal Caribbean's Utopia of the Seas, the spaces for kids and teens alike are a massive technical win. They provide a curated environment where your teens can have independence while you are enjoying a lounge by the pool, an adults-only dinner, or a spa treatment.

Here is what I look for when vetting a ship for my clients with teens:

Social Engineering: I look for ships with dedicated, restricted-access lounges that feel more like high-end cafes than "kids clubs." These spaces are designed specifically for their age group to connect without younger siblings around.

Activity Volume: We prioritize ships with legitimate adventure amenities. Whether it is the AquaMouse on Disney or high-tech sports simulators, the goal is to have enough variety to prevent "deck-loop" boredom.

The Digital Connection: I help you manage the technical side of the ship’s app. This ensures your teens have the connectivity and wayfinding tools they need to navigate the ship on their own terms while you keep an eye on the schedule.

This is exactly where the Logistics Shield comes in. I handle the deck plans, the booking windows for the high-demand activities, and the fine print. You get to be the parent who actually enjoyed the vacation instead of the one managing everyone’s Google Calendar.

Ready to start the 2026 strategy for your family? DM me the words TEEN TRIP and let’s see which ship fits your crew.

POV: You finally hit ‘book’ for the entire group trip and for the first time you aren't the one stressed about the details. 🥂✨

We all have that one friend who becomes the default travel agent for the group. They are the one managing the 15-way Venmo splits. They are the one tracking everyone’s flight numbers and dietary restrictions. As a parent who has tried to coordinate multiple families with toddlers in tow, I know that being "the planner" usually means you are the only person who doesn't get a vacation.

This is what 2026 group travel looks like when you have a strategist in your corner:

The Logistics Shield: I manage the master itinerary for the entire group. Whether it is a private villa in Italy or a block of suites on the Disney Treasure, I handle the technical backend.

Seamless Dining: Instead of you hunting for a table for ten every night, the reservations are already vetted and secured. If you want a private chef at the villa, the contract is already verified.

Financial Clarity: I help navigate the deposit schedules and individual payments so you aren't stuck chasing your friends for money.

Advocacy for Everyone: If a flight is delayed or a transfer goes sideways, I am the one fixing it for the whole group while you are already at the pool.

The goal is to move you from "Logistics Coordinator" back to "Guest of Honor." You deserve to see the sunset from the balcony without a spreadsheet open on your lap.

Tag the friend who always ends up planning the trips. They deserve a break. 👇

Most people view travel insurance as an optional add-on. As a travel strategist, I view it as a technical necessity for your 2026 portfolio. When you are investing thousands in a departure, you aren't just buying a vacation. You are managing a financial risk.

The Comparison: A 2026 Family Escape

Total Trip Investment: $12,000 (Flights, Disney Treasure Cabin, and Transfers)

Insurance Premium: ~$750

Potential Loss without Protection: $12,000

The Logic of the Investment
In this scenario, you are protecting 100% of your financial investment for roughly 6% of the total cost. From a data perspective, that is a high-value hedge.

The Parent Perspective
As a parent of a toddler, I know that "unforeseen circumstances" are just a Tuesday for us. A 102-degree fever doesn't care about your non-refundable deposit or your booking window. Having a policy in place means that a childhood illness is a logistical hurdle rather than a $12,000 loss.

What the Logistics Shield Actually Covers
When I build a Logistics Shield for my clients, insurance is the foundation. I look at the technical fine print that most people skip:

Primary vs. Secondary Coverage: I guide you to the correct resources so that you are able to understand which policy pays out first so you aren't stuck in a three-month paperwork loop with your health insurance.

Insurance isn't about being "worried." It is about being accurate and protected.

Save this post to your 2026 planning folder.

I am currently in the middle of a pre-cruise shopping haul and my suitcase is already looking like a tactical gear bag. ⚓️🛍️

Most people think cruise packing is just about the swimsuits and the formal wear. But as someone who has navigated a toddler through a cabin during a delay, I know that the right gear is what actually keeps the Logistics Shield intact while you are at sea.

Here is what is currently in my haul for my 2026 sailings:

Magnetic Hooks: If you know, you know. Cabin walls are metal. These are the only way to keep damp swimsuits and lanyards from taking over your limited counter space.

Dramamine: Skip the bands. When the sea gets spirited, you want something that actually works. This is a non-negotiable in my medical kit.

Towel Clips: If you have ever tried to hold down a chair on a windy deck while chasing a toddler, you know why these are essential. They keep your base camp secure.

Compression Packing Cubes: These are a requirement for staying organized in a small stateroom closet. They make it much easier to manage a family's worth of clothes in a tight space.

A Dedicated Travel Tech Case: Between the ship's app, the kid's tablets, and my work gear, I need one centralized spot for all the cords and chargers.

I spend my time digging into the technical specs of ships like the Disney Treasure and Virgin Voyages so I can tell my clients exactly what they need. I want the logistics to be invisible so you can focus on the trip.

I want to hear from my seasoned cruisers! What is the one weird, non-clothing item you never sail without? Drop it in the comments below. 👇

The airport monitor just turned red. Your flight is canceled. If you are traveling solo, it is a headache. If you are traveling with a toddler, it is a full-blown crisis. 🚩✈️

I have been there. I have lived through the airport floor "nap time" and the desperate scramble for snacks when a two-hour delay turns into an overnight cancellation. As a travel strategist, I know that getting home requires a technical plan, not just luck.

Save this post now. You will want these 4 steps in your pocket for your 2026 departures:

Skip the customer service line. While 200 people run to a single desk, you should be on your phone. Open the airline’s app immediately. Re-booking usually happens faster through the digital backend than in a physical queue.

Call the international help desk. If the US-based line has a three-hour hold, try the airline’s support numbers for the UK or Canada. They can access the same booking systems and the wait times are often significantly shorter.

Know the alliances. If your carrier is full, check their partners. If you are on a Delta flight, look for Virgin Atlantic or KLM availability. Airlines can "re-protect" your seat on a partner airline if you know exactly what to ask for.

Document everything for reimbursement. If the delay is within the airline’s control, keep every receipt for meals and hotels. You will need these for claims under passenger rights regulations.

This is exactly why my clients have a Logistics Shield. 🛡️

While you are keeping the toddler entertained or hunting for a working outlet, I am on the backend navigating the re-routing. I verify the fine print of the contract of carriage and advocate for your next departure. I handle the technical grind so you aren't the one sleeping on an airport floor.

POV: You just checked into a fortified medieval castle on the Italian coast, and you didn't have to navigate a single three-hour phone hold to get the keys. 🏰✨

The air smells like wild rosemary and the sea. You are looking out at a view that has been protected for centuries, but what I’m focused on are the logistics that make this effortless for you.

Securing these historic, boutique properties for 2026 is a technical challenge. It isn't as simple as clicking 'book' on a search engine. These castles are often "waitlist-only," requiring precise timing on inventory release windows and direct communication with onsite management.

My work as a strategist is to act as your Logistics Shield. I handle the technical "grind" to ensure your 2026 departure is accurate and protected, whether it’s a custom route or an Adventures by Disney itinerary. The goal is to make the planning invisible so all you have to do is exist in the moment.

Save this to your 2026 'Main Character' board and share it with the person you'd bring with you.

Comment "CASTLE" if this unique escape is on your list.

We already know the drill. It is so easy to come home from a vacation feeling like you need another week off just to recover.
Between the airport snacks and the constant flow of all-inclusive cocktails, your routine can fly out the window fast. As your Travel Bestie, I want you to come home from your 2026 trip feeling energized, not totally drained.
Here is my personal strategy for staying healthy on the road:
* The Seven Mile Walk: If you are at Beaches Negril or a Sandals Resort, take advantage of that long stretch of sand for a morning walk before it gets too hot. It is the best view you will ever have while getting your steps in.
* Virgin Voyages Fitness: They have incredible fitness classes like bungee sessions or outdoor yoga. It is a great way to move your body without it feeling like a chore.
* Hydration is Queen: For every fancy drink or coffee, I try to drink a full glass of water. Most luxury resorts and ships like the Disney Treasure make it easy to find filtered water stations.
* Protect Your Peace: This is the biggest health hack of all. Stress is the ultimate vacation killer.
This is where a strategist comes in. 🛡️
I handle the Logistics Shield so you don't have to worry about the details. I manage the hold times, the fine print, and the transfers so your stress levels stay low from the moment you leave your house. I advocate for your VIP perks so your only job is to breathe and enjoy the experience.

Is there anything more stressful than trying to zip a suitcase that is five pounds over the limit? I have been there and it is the quickest way to start a vacation on the wrong foot.
As your Travel Bestie, I am here to help you lighten the load for your 2026 trip. I spend my time studying the amenities at these properties so you don't have to waste space on things that are already waiting for you.
Here are 5 things you can officially leave at home:
• Beach Towels: If you are headed to Sandals, Virgin Voyages, or a Disney Cruise, they have got you covered with high quality towels. Save that space for souvenirs instead.
• The "Just In Case" Hair Dryer: Most luxury resorts and new ships like the Disney Treasure have powerful dryers in the room. Unless you have a very specific styling tool you can't live without, leave the bulky dryer at home.
• Full Sized Toiletries: High end resorts provide premium shampoos and soaps. If you are flying, those heavy bottles are just asking for a leak in your bag anyway.
• Bulky Travel Steamers: Most luxury resorts and ships provide these in the room or have valet pressing services. It is one less heavy gadget to worry about.
• The Stress of the Logistics: This is the big one. You don't need to pack the worry of how do I get to the resort or what time is my dinner reservation.
Why work with a strategist? 🛡️
I handle the Logistics Shield for my clients. I map out your transfers, handle the fine print of the booking, and advocate for your VIP perks so you can just show up and relax. I do the heavy lifting before you even leave so your only job is to enjoy the view.
