Disney brings the sense of magic come to life! I have had a love for all things Disney as far back as I can remember. My nursery was Winnie the Pooh themed and as a teen I chose to have all things Mickey Mouse. My first vacation experience was at 11 to Disneyland and again at 17 with my high school drill team. But the real magic happened when I brought my three children for the first time. I’m pre

tty sure I was excited enough for all of us, but seeing their faces lit up and continuing to hear them talk about the “pixie dust” moments they experienced made my Disney love grow exponentially. Being immersed in the character themed rooms at Art of Animation was a favorite for my family. I am also a huge fan of the Beach Club Resort. You just can’t beat that location! My boys and myself are big thrill seekers and rank Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Expedition Everest, and Tower of Terror among our favorites. My daughter is not quite as adventurous but with so many attractions of different levels there is still so much to her to join in on, her favorite being the character experiences. I am also a big foodie and count researching Disney dining and snacks among my favorite things to do! I bring my 20+ years of experience as an accountant to provide you highly detail-oriented service. I find organization to be a stress reliever. Let me relieve your stress by taking all the wok of planning. You can sit back and just enjoy the magical memories you will have.

🚨 UNIVERSAL TICKET PROMO 🚨

Okay, this one is too good not to share…

At Universal Orlando Resort, you can buy 3 days and get 2 FREE 🙌 — that’s 5 days of park time for the price of 3 (aka more rides, more snacks, and zero regrets 🎢🍿).

You’ll get to experience all THREE parks:
🌎 Universal Studios Florida
🎢 Islands of Adventure
💫 Epic Universe

…and if you’re feeling extra (which…you should be 😏), you can upgrade to include Volcano Bay Waterpark.

Here’s the fine print you actually need to know:
You’ll use all 5 days within a 7-day window — so it’s perfect for a full vacation without feeling rushed.

My take? This is one of those “just book it and thank yourself later” kind of deals. More time = less rushing, more soaking it all in (and yes, riding your favorites more than once 😉).

📩 Ready to turn this into a trip? Let me handle the details for you!

🎃 It’s officially time to start planning those spooky Disney vacations because Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is back at Magic Kingdom! Disney just announced 2026 party dates running August 7 – October 31 (yes… Halloween starts extra early at Disney 😅).

This separately ticketed event is one of my favorite ways to do Disney in the fall:
✨ Trick-or-treat trails throughout the park (yes, adults get candy too)
✨ Exclusive characters + rare meet & greets
✨ Mickey’s Boo-to-You Parade (aka elite Disney parade status)
✨ Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular
✨ Not-So-Spooky fireworks over the castle

New for 2026: Stitch is hosting a dance party in Tomorrowland with Lilo & Angel joining the fun! Plus, fan favorites like the Cadaver Dans are returning.

🎟️ Tickets go on sale:
🏨 May 5 for Disney Resort hotel guests
🎃 May 12 for all other guests

Pro tip: These party nights do sell out—especially September/October dates—so if Halloween at Disney is on your bucket list, now is the time to start planning!

Who’s ready for spooky season at Disney?

🍎 NYC~ Day 4 🍎

Today we explored Central Park. Before we switched over to our new hotel for the night we took advantage of one of the amenities from Park Hyatt and enjoyed a free 2-hour bike rental to cruise around the park. Central Park is quite large so having the bike to get around was a nice treat. However, I severely underestimated the inclines I’d have to go up. 🥵😂 The downhills were quite fun though. Being in the city in April, we were blessed with the Cherry Blossoms blooming. It was absolutely beautiful.

After getting way more of a workout than we intended, we headed to check in to our new hotel for the night, Intercontinental Times Square, and get cleaned up for our evening plans.

We ate an early dinner before our show at Din Tai Fung. This is a popular dim sum restaurant that also has a location at Downtown Disney 😉. The food was incredible! It’s hard to not to order everything.

Now we were headed to our Broadway show, the whole reason for our trip, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child featuring Tom Felton as Draco Malfoy! 🤗 Let me tell you, the show it’s indescribable. The effects, the acting, the humor…it has it all! It is a longer show at 3 hours but I could have stayed there watching them all night. It was a spectacular way to spend our last evening in New York!

🗽 NYC ~ Day 3 🗽

This day was all about exploring different neighborhoods. We started with breakfast at the iconic Bubby’s where I had their James Beard pancakes. 🥞

Next, we walked over to Greenwich Village where they have beautiful brownstone apartments and we checked out the famous Friends apartment building and Carrie Bradshaw’s apartment from S*x and the City.

We then headed to the High Line for a fun scenic stroll over to the Vessel. All the architecture and art around the city is just incredible. We took the High line back to Chelsea Market for a quick bite. This market is full of all sorts of cuisines and shops. Great place to try a few different things.

Coincidentally, we ran into the Harry Potter store without even trying. I think it was fate. 😂 They had some fun decor and really cool souvenirs.

Afterwards, we headed to the Friends Experience that I had booked. For any fan of the show, this was a really fun experience. They had authentic props from the show along with studio replicas. It was so cool to feel like we were there.

Lastly, we headed to the pier to catch our Sunset Statue cruise. A 90 minute cruise around the harbor with views of the city and bridges with no narration just a chill soundtrack. And, of course, ending with a prime view of the Statue of Liberty. That close view with the sunset sky was pure beauty!

We ended the night with another Italian feast at Osteria la Baia. It was a nice, slightly upscale vibe that had a great ambiance. Great end to the night.

🍎 NYC ~ Day 2 🍎

Today we took things a little slower. Started with breakfast at Sarabeth’s across from Central Park. Then we took the subway to the Brooklyn Bridge where we walked across over to Dumbo. There are some great views of the city from there.

We then went back over to Manhattan to the 9/11 Memorial and One Trade Center. It’s crazy to imagine what happened there. Such a surreal place to be.

We headed over to Little Italy for some lunch. You can’t go to New York without having an authentic Italian meal. They cooked their fresh pasta right in the cheese wheel table side. Everything was delicious!

Next up was the Yankees game. It was fun to be around the very passionate fans 😂. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a great night for the Yankees with a 7-1 loss to the Angels.

We ended the night with some late night pizza in bed. 🍕
