Fun moments with food. While in Amsterdam, my private guide took us to a lovely cheese shop as well as a chocolate shop. Then one place wasn’t maybe my favorite, but was certainly interesting. This place that had been featured on international TV presentations was all about eels. They showed us how they process them & then we had a plate to taste different types of fish & eel. Some was good & some I offered to others on our tour.

It’s always interesting to experience the food of new places. How does smoked eel sound to you?
