Great Saturday in POC. These guys were awesome and made my job super easy! Wrapped the day up with 15 trout, a couple reds and a couple flounders!

I had the clients that any guide wishes for yesterday!
Could not have asked for a better day to be on the water here in Port O Connor!
Cody and his father Mack were those clients that I handed the rods to and they made it happen.
We managed to stumble across a good pod of bait first thing that held lots of school trout, though we had to work to find size.
Not much luck on the red fish yesterday but they made it happen midday with a fun Artificial bite to finish of the day!

We all remember our first time, right?? These wonderful people had not only their first wade, but first fishing experience today!
It’s always great to see people learn a new skill and execute it on their first go around. Thank you guys for coming out and making my job easy! Even with the bay system looking more like a lake with all this rain we’ve had, these guys still managed a pretty impressive stringer. Looking forward to seeing y’all again!

Wading on day one was an adventure for sure. Being put against some intense winds paired with multiple squalls of rain, it sure did make for an exciting day. We toughed it out and perseverance played on our side as we completed the morning with a successful stringer.
It also set up for MAJOR appreciation of calm sunny weather we had today, that really made our boat fishing enjoyable!
The weather might not have been exciting on day two but the fishing was! Check out the video of a shark snacking on the red fish we hooked up to today.

A big shout out and thank you to Capt. Keith Hudson for this wonderful opportunity to join him and always keeping me in mind. It was a privilege to guide aside you and Mike Powell these last couple days. Thanks again, you guys were awesome!

It was a pleasure getting to take out Trent and his kiddos this previous weekend! The weather was on our side Sunday! The bite was on and we managed to snag lots of pretty fish and boxed our keepers. Well today’s weather wasn’t the most supportive of this sport but these guys sure were. We wish y’all the best in y’all’s tournament and enjoyed our evening together! Looking forward to seeing you guys again, it was a lot of fun. Finished with 6 red fish, 5 trout, 4 drum and 1 flounder to sum up the day!
