From intern to project manager, Taylor has been for 19 years!

Now leading dissolvable plugs and frac sleeve systems, no two days are the same. Whether it’s collaborating with customers, aligning with operations and technology teams, or analyzing market trends, Taylor thrives on the challenge.

Inspired by his father’s example in the industry, Taylor pushes himself to set goals, overcome obstacles, and deliver results. He explains how that ties into innovation at Halliburton:
“We have talented people who aren’t afraid to take on difficult technical challenges. Innovation does not happen by accident; we have to be intentional with our time to facilitate the creation of new ideas.”

When he’s not in the office, Taylor is making memories with his family, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying a Houston Astros baseball game.

From Louisiana labs to classrooms in India, training travels far, and its influence reaches even further.

At , development opportunities offer employees more than just technical knowledge. They sharpen problem-solving, inspire collaboration, and open new ways of thinking.

• Chitra Charan Suri (Brunei) completed the Deepwater Bootcamp in Lafayette, Louisiana, where she gained deeper insight into MPD systems, foam applications, and offshore logistics challenges. She plans to apply these skills to improve offshore cementing operations while fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration.

• Nitu Kumari Thakur (India) completed Advanced Cementing, learning to approach complex cementing challenges with strategic thinking, connecting technical decisions to both operational and business outcomes.

These stories are just one of the many ways our employees are as they grow their expertise and deliver meaningful results.

For Ed, every day is different, and stepping out of his comfort zone challenges him to keep growing.

Fourteen years ago, Ed began his career as an account leader in Canada. Today, he serves as the global vessels manager. In this role, he travels the world to communicate strategic initiatives, develop a wide range of products, and collaborate with naval engineering firms.

Ed believes Halliburton fosters innovation by “effectively listening to the market, capturing the challenges that exist there, and coming up with solutions that draw on key differentiators.”

Outside of work, Ed enjoys traveling abroad and snowboarding—and when he gets to do both at the same time, he’s happy!

CCUS has entered its main character era.
And Halliburton’s been everywhere telling the story.

📍 New York City
Andres Cabada joined a fireside chat at Global Energy Transition 2025 to discuss grid-scale storage—moving beyond concepts to real-world application. Because storing energy when and where it’s needed is essential to supporting renewable power reliably.

📍 Houston
At the Carbon Capture & Hydrogen Technology Expo, we turned Booth 1201 into a rapid-fire crash course on the challenges and solutions driving CCUS deployment at scale:
• Viable underground hydrogen storage solutions
• Key challenges in CO₂ storage
• Transportation, metering, and monitoring best practices
• Well integrity and completions designed to perform under pressure

We're not just part of the CCUS conversation—we’re helping shape what comes next. Which of these CCUS challenges would you tackle first?
