Antigua and Barbuda Cuisine 🇦🇬 — The national dish is fungie (pronounced "foon-jee") and pepperpot. Fungie is a dish similar to Italian Polenta, made mostly with cornmeal. Other local dishes include ducana, seasoned rice, saltfish and lobster (from Barbuda).
