Mon–Thurs: $50/night for 1 guest (+ tax & fees)
Fri–Sun: $60/night for 1 guest (+ tax & fees)

Weekly Stay: $300 + tax + deposit ($150) + $75 cleaning fee
Long Stay (28 days): $800 + tax + $400 refundable deposit
(Weekly or biweekly cleaning required — or $175 end-of-stay fee)

Long stays I do not hold The Hide Out if you are planning to stay more than 28 days you need a separate 400 deposit to hold on a monthly basis (28 days) 30-day notice for cancellation.

• Reservation deposits are refundable at the end of your stay, provided you keep your reservation and there is no damage or missing items when you depart. If you want to cancel your reservation you must call to cancel 48 hrs. in advance of your reservation date and time (fee applies) or forfeit, ALL of your deposit. “FREE CANCELLATION” within 24 hours of making a reservation.
