Travel Advisors, this is an important update regarding all North America sailings through September 30th:

Please be aware that if you have clients on an impacted sailing, a letter with instructions and booking numbers was sent to the email address where your agency receives booking confirmations. Your impacted clients were also sent a letter to let them know. Travel agent commission is fully protected on canceled sailings paid in full. I can’t stress this enough, but please use the automated process to request either the value offer of a future cruise credit (FCC) combined with the OBC or a full refund.

As if we didn’t know this was going to happen. No cruises until the end of June.

Dear Travel Advisors,

In our support to the global response to the COVID-19 situation, I want to inform you that Carnival will extend our pause in operations, and we will resume our North America cruising on June 27, 2020. Due to this extension, all North American sailings between May 12, 2020 through June 26, 2020 will be canceled. We’re also canceling Carnival Sunrise’s seasonal itineraries out of New York this summer and into the fall.

If you have clients on an impacted sailing, a letter with instructions and booking numbers was sent to the email address where your agency receives booking confirmations. Your impacted clients were also sent a letter to let them know. Travel agent commission is fully protected if sailing is paid in full.
