Escape Everyday Reality to Wander Somewhere New!
My name is Lindsey Evans and I am the Owner of Escape and Wander Travel. If you know me personally you know I have a passion for travel. Travel became a passion of my mine at a young age, after I lost my mother when I was only 19 years old. My mother was only 47 years old when she passed and she hadn’t experience even a portion of what the world had to offer her. I realized at 19 years old that hard work is necessary but you must take the time to break away, relax, and explore what this amazing world has to offer because you never know when your time will come to an end. After many years of traveling to amazingly cultured and beautiful places, I decided to turn my passion into a business so I can help others explore new destinations and experience vacations of a life time.
I created Escape and Wander Travel to help more people experience travel how I love to experience travel. I am not just talking about flying out of the country to sit at a resort all day, that is a small part of the travel experience, but I am referring to really exploring a new city or country. Eating the local foods and drinking the local cocktails, interacting with the locals, exploring the history, and embracing the natural beauty of a city can change the way you look at the world, yourself, and the people you encounter. I can assist you with travel tips for your first time out the country, help you find the perfect summer or winter escape, and build you custom itineraries for any destination.
