Today, we say goodbye to the voice behind some of Disney’s most unforgettable songs.
Peabo Bryson passed away on June 2 at the age of 75 after complications from a stroke he suffered a couple of days ago.
He helped define an era with Beauty and the Beast alongside Celine Dion and A Whole New World with Regina Belle… songs that didn’t just play over the credits, but became part of the magic itself.
His voice became part of so many childhoods—and still brings those memories rushing back today.
For so many of us, those moments are still frozen in time—hearing that music, feeling something bigger, and believing in the story just a little more.
His voice wasn’t just heard… it was felt.
