Our client family group has landed in Italy for a 15-day family heritage journey through Sicily! Their adventure begins with four nights in Palermo, where they’ll have a chance to explore iconic landmarks like the Palermo Cathedral, Quattro Canti, and the grand Teatro Massimo.
From there, they’ll head to Monreale to admire the stunning UNESCO-listed Mosaic Cathedral, followed by a visit to Corleone, famously known from the movie, The Godfather.
Next, they’ll discover the elegant historic villas of Bagheria and the charming fishing village of Porticello. Their journey then continues with three relaxing nights on the island of Vulcano, including a scenic visit to neighboring Lipari.
Then it’s off to Mt. Etna for three nights of adventure, including a jeep tour of the volcano and a day trip to Taormina to see its breathtaking Ancient Greek Theater.
Finally, they’ll spend their last three nights in Catania, enjoying a relaxing beach day and a delicious local food tour, before heading back to Palermo, lastly a heartfelt Arrivederci, Sicilia!
