This week we had was such a rewarding experience here in Miches, Dominican Republic 🇩🇴

We are incredibly grateful to have participated in a give back opportunity with ALG Vacations supporting the local community at Escuela Vocacional de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional de Miches, a vocational school dedicated to preparing young people for careers in the tourism industry.

Our group spent the day helping improve the school facilities by painting, pulling down old ceiling tiles, cleaning classrooms, and working together to create a better environment for the students and staff. It was amazing to see so many people come together to make a difference.

Travel is so much more than visiting beautiful destinations. It’s about connecting with communities, learning from one another, and giving back whenever we can. ❤️

Thank you to everyone involved in organizing this meaningful experience. I’m honored to have been a small part of something that will continue to impact future generations in Miches.
