Did you know it only takes 90 minutes for the ISS to make a loop around the Earth? That's a sunset or sunrise every 45 minutes for the astronauts! We use the Atmospheric app to track the ISS movement over our area, but there are plenty of others!

Polaris sits directly above our north pole, so as we spin it stay in the same place. I took this time elapse showing how the stars make these lovely smears, and Polris stays solid in the center. Our guiding star, a rock in our northern hemisphere, guiding the way
