Copal Creative Studios Coach, Hypnotist, Generally Curious Human Being :) When I started planning our first trip to Tulum I felt totally overwhelmed. But that was it.

I would search for hours at a time to try to learn about the area, safety, where to stay, things to see, you name it. All I could find was a few travel blogs with a single post and some pretty basic hotel websites. Ultimately I took the trip with little knowledge and, as it turned out I immediately fell in love with Tulum! My personal theory is that everyone is just too busy out adventuring in Tul

um or want to keep this hidden gem just that... hidden. After numerous trips to Tulum bringing friends and family, I became the tour guide and vacation planner each and every time. And each and every trip was different based on who I was with. After my struggles to find information online I decided I wanted to help others avoid that problem and experience Tulum to the fullest. Everyone has their own tastes and there are so many different ways to experience this magical town, it only makes sense for each travel guide to be tailored to your specific needs and interests.

I’ve been drinking Diet Coke all of my life. 🙄

I’ve quit here and there but it’s always been a struggle, like white-knuckling my way through cravings and all that s**t… and, I’ve always given in and gone back to it.

I quit almost 3 months ago, using these hypno-coaching techniques I’m learning.

This time is very different. This time I haven’t had the cravings, haven’t wanted to go back to it and it feels so good to just simply be someone who does not drink Diet Coke.

A fellow coach and Diet Coke lover heard about how I’d quit and asked for my help to get this monkey off her back too.

We had a session last night and by the end of it, she was literally repulsed by the idea of it. 🤢

Last night she sent me a photo of a big glass of ice water she was drinking instead of DC. 👍

Today I followed up to see how she was doing and as you can see from screen shot #2, she’s experiencing the same thing as me! 🥳

A fun life update comin' at ya! 😁

I am enrolled in a program to become a coach certified in Integrative Change Work by the Ethical Coaching Collective and The International Association of Counselors And Therapists.

Right now I'm offering Pro-Bono Sessions to try out these new skills and tools that I'm learning and of course, I wanted to offer it to you!

What I’m learning are hypnosis-adjacent techniques to quickly guide people into their hearts and bodies, where they can change any habit or pattern that no longer serves them, sometimes in a really dramatic way. (I quit my 20+ year addiction to diet coke in a 5 minute session using these techniques... it literally blew my mind! AND - tomorrow will mark 2 months diet coke free!)

It feels a little bit like magic, but it’s all neuro-science, and it‘s really cool 🤯😎

For your free session, you just need to come up with something in your life that you’d like to change. E.g.

✅Something you’re feeling nervous or out of sorts about (that big presentation coming up, making big life decisions, having a tough convo with a friend or family member, trouble sleeping, etc...)
✅something you want to do but feel blocked on (moving your body more, eating healthier, earning more, etc...)
✅ A habit you’d like to break (sodas, sugars, alcohol, nail-biting, mindless scrolling on your phone....)
✅ A feeling you want to change, etc. (guilt, fear, anger, anxiety...)

Please note that I’m still a beginner so don’t me bring your biggest “thing” or trauma just yet - I’m not a therapist, and I would hate to leave you feeling unsettled. But for most other things, I can guarantee that I’ll make it fun for you!
