It's the first Friday of December, so you know what that means - ! This month's hidden gem 💎 is new to Hattiesburg, El Rayo Tex Mex.

Our server, Brent, was awesome! He even made a drink for us that wasn't on the menu (P.S. add that frozen pineapple jalapeno marg to the menu, ASAP). The food and drinks were delicious😋, each item had a unique taste. The atmosphere, service, and other guests were fun and engaging! We enjoyed our time at El Rayo so much, we didn't take as many pictures and videos as we normally do.

We truly enjoyed the service, atmosphere, and food and we recommend you go check it out for yourself!

Happy Hump Day🐪! Let's get into another beautiful fall destination: Cades Cove.

Cades Cove is located in the Great Smokies of Tennessee🏔. It has a rich historical background from the Cherokee and Europeans. The fall colors are particularly vibrant during October and November🍂. The best way to enjoy the breathtaking views is driving along Cades Cove Loop Road which takes you through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and offers hiking trails and waterfalls along the way.

Gooood morning, Journeyers☀️! We're back with another helpful travel tip : pros and cons of third party hotel booking sites!

Cons: 1. Nothing is guaranteed! Upgrades, views, and even the hotel itself can be changed and if a hotel is overbooked, reservations through third party booking sites are the first to be moved to other properties.
2. Hotels are unable to break contracts with third party booking sites. Meaning if you want to extend or shorten your stay or reschedule, you won't be able to without going through the third party site!

Pros: 1. You can get great rates that you otherwise couldn't get.
