A special shout out to my team at Luvone's Beautiful Occasions! Event Planning and Decor are my passions and something I really love! It's also ranked between 3 and 5 on several lists of the most STRESSFUL jobs in the world!!! I see no lies there! Lol!
This year we did a revamp of hiring and creating a new team at LBO, and I couldn't be happier with the results! It has changed everything for me and my company. While I'm grateful for the gift of creativity and the ability to design and work well with people, I am nothing without a good team supporting me and working with me! So, thank you to every one of my staff members that have worked hard to help us reach a common goal of beautiful events in 2026.
We have made it through the first 8 months, and we are booked solid through the end of the year with 2 to 3 openings that I might not want to fill. Lol! You gotta love it!
I am grateful to God for what he's done with my small business. A little thing I started 17 years ago because someone somehow learned that I was great with decor and knew I was able to organize well and direct their wedding, and asked me to do their wedding. I'd never done it before, but I said yes, and it was amazing! I started doing a few more here and there just as a hobby and a favor for friends. I was encouraged by my husband to make it official. His words "You are really good at this! You should start charging and make it a business". I listened to him, and here we are today.
We are growing, We are busy, We are blessed. All praises to God! It's been BUSY BUSY BUSY! But we have curated some beautiful events for my beautiful clients! We work hard, and I don't take my team for granted. They make me smile and they make my load lighter. Just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU!
