🚢🌴 A Birthday Cruise to Remember! 🎂🥂

What better way to celebrate my sister’s birthday than a 7-day Caribbean cruise from Miami with her hubby and kids! ❤️

We sailed with Norwegian Cruise Line, visiting some incredible Caribbean destinations—and every stop brought a new adventure!

🏝️ Tortola — The Baths were definitely a favorite! Those massive boulders, hidden grottoes and gorgeous turquoise water were absolutely breathtaking.

🌿 Dominican Republic — The kids LOVED this day! Ziplining through the trees, waterfalls and plenty of adventure made it one of their favorite stops.

🤿 St. Thomas — Snorkeling in that beautiful clear Caribbean water was the perfect way to spend the day.

🍒 And the cherry on top... Great Stirrup Cay!

We decided to splurge on a villa at Silver Cove, and it was worth it! A beautiful villa, great amenities, gorgeous beach and absolutely perfect weather. ☀️🌊 Sometimes a little splurge makes a vacation even more memorable!

May 14 marked the beginning of an unforgettable 22-day Mediterranean adventure! 🌍✈️

Our journey began with two incredible days in **Istanbul** before boarding the **Norwegian Viva** for a 9-day cruise. Istanbul completely captured my heart—the people, the food, the history, the breathtaking sights... and the cats! 🐈🐈‍⬛ They are truly everywhere! Two days was definitely not enough. It's a city that deserves much more time.

Then it was time to set sail! 🚢 Our cruise aboard one of NCL's newest ships, the **Norwegian Viva**, took us through **Turkey, Greece, Malta, Sicily, and Italy**. The ship was fantastic! There's nothing quite like cruising—unpack once, enjoy amazing dining, entertainment, spa time, and a little pampering, all while waking up in a new destination each morning. It's the perfect way to discover places you want to return to and explore more deeply.

When the cruise ended, the adventure certainly didn't! We spent three wonderful days in **Florence**, soaking in the history, art, and, of course, the incredible food. From there, we hopped on a train to **Bologna** for lunch and sightseeing before continuing on to **Milan**.

Milan ended up being my favorite city! From the beautiful streets and welcoming people to the lively aperitivo culture, it was simply magical. And the **Duomo**? WOW. There really aren't words to describe it—you have to see it for yourself.

Day trips to **Lake Como**, **Lugano**, and **Bergamo** were the perfect ending to the journey. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and honestly, pictures just don't do it justice.

Twenty-two amazing days flew by in what felt like an instant. I'm so grateful for every memory made and every place explored.

Now... where to next? 🌍❤️✈️

Mediterranean Memories Aboard Norwegian Viva

Our amazing 9-day cruise aboard the Norwegian Viva has come to an end, and what an adventure it was!

As one of Norwegian Cruise Line's newest ships, the Viva impressed us with its beautiful design, comfortable cabins, and excellent dining. We even convinced friends to join us on this unforgettable journey.

Turkey was the highlight of the trip. Istanbul's rich history, incredible food, and welcoming people made it a truly special destination. Among the Greek Isles, Athens stood out with its magnificent Acropolis and authentic Greek cuisine.

Malta was a fascinating surprise, offering endless history and charm, while Sicily captured our hearts with its beautiful scenery, delicious food, and relaxed lifestyle. My sister loved it so much she was ready to move there!

This itinerary was the perfect blend of culture, history, scenery, and cuisine. If a Mediterranean cruise is on your bucket list, I'd love to help you plan your own unforgettable adventure.
