❤️💛Happy Gryffindor Pride Day!💛❤️
On March 22, we celebrate the magnificent house of Gryffindor. Unlike Slytherin who has always discriminated against Muggles, house of Gryffindor valued courage, grit, and determination and it didn’t matter to them who possessed these qualities. The name Gryffindor comes from the word ‘Gryffin’ or ‘Griffin,’ which means “a half lion.” This is also the symbol of the house. The second part of the name has a French origin, ‘D’or’ in French means “made of gold,” hence the house has the color gold.
Some of the noteworthy people in Gryffindor are Sir Cadogen from the Middle Ages, Albus Dumbledore, James Potter, Lily Evans, and Harry Potter.
Will you celebrate Gryffindor Pride Day by wearing red and gold, binge watching the “Harry Potter” movies, or sipping a Butterbeer? How about celebrating by planning a trip to Universal Orlando Resort, where you can spend time on Hogwarts castle or fly on a hippogriff? Reach out to me today for a free, no obligation quote!
