🚨News Alert: Scams Involving Fake Cruise Line Reps 🚨
Hi everyone - we wanted to make sure you're aware of some recent scams that have affected some clients of our DV/CONE family!
📌 Reported Cases 📌
Individuals pretending to be from a cruise line reached out to clients claiming they could offer a discount or apply unpaid gratuities.
Clients have Googled a phone number for a cruise line, but it was not the official cruise line phone number.
Unfortunately, in both cases, the clients have believed the scammers and shared payment info.
📣 Important Reminders 📣
Cruise lines do NOT reach out directly to guests with payment requests or surprise deals. Anything legitimate should always come through YOU or the official cruise line channels!
