Some new and dare we say :improved: photos of our backyard, living room, den, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, loft area that sleeps 2 (still more upgrades to be complete), and two full bathrooms. Not pictured: garage with all the beach and backyard activity needs, front yard and private beach! Summer renting season is in full swing! Keep us in mind for a fall getaway with the family for pumpkin picking, a girls winery trip, a boys golf/brewery weekend or just a romantic getaway with your loved one. Can accommodate up to 11 guests but very happy to host small groups as well. Dog friendly.

Turned on the projector for the first time on the “Tern Up” wall and it turns out we really missed out on many turns to turn up our movie nights until now… and for good measure, tern.

We are physically in February but our minds have moved on to Spring. Local establishments are coming out of hibernation this weekend and reopening for the upcoming season! The Lock Tern is a 3 bdr/2 bath home on a cul-de-sac that is a short walk to a private beach. The house also has a living room, den, eat in kitchen and a spacious backyard w/grill. Our 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests with two Queen beds and two twins. We have a futon in our den that sleeps one. We can also supply a Queen sized air mattress and a full crib, if you bring your own crib mattress.

Located in the heart of wine country. Just minutes from local vineyards, unique dining options, beaches, family friendly farms, local breweries, distilleries, Long Island Aquarium, U Pick fruit farms, hiking trails, Splish Splash water park, local musicians, the town of Greenport, fishing, boat rentals, Tanger Outlets, clothing boutiques, spas and more! In the fall and winter, pumpkin & apple picking, corn mazes, Christmas tree farms, ice skating etc. We’re a 30 minute drive to the Hamptons and ocean beaches.

Other amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, kayak, 2 bikes + adult tricycle, bouncy castle for families if requested, water floats & beach accessories, wifi access, board games, crock pot, grill, lawn games, movie projector, outdoor fire pit & faux indoor fireplace that does provide heat. No cable but TVs are connected to Amazon fire sticks. Can provide a crib and high chair if requested.

Perfect for families, bachelorette parties, vineyard tours, fishing trips golf outings and beach vacations. There are tons of activities to do year round. Let us know what you’re looking for and we can provide recommendations.

The Den is the room with all the personality. In winter, it’s perfect for Sunday football or for the kids to get their crazies out. In summer, well, a Jaws marathon with bottles of local wine obviously. Definitely the room that give us all the feels.

Social togetherness is what we all need a little more of in 2021, amiright? The first level at the Tern offers an eat in kitchen that seats 6 + 2 chairs at the counter space. We can provide a high chair attachment (in photo) if needed. Just across the entry foyer, is our living room area great for game night.

Thank you ! We are still talking about all the new friends we met today. We loved each animal and thought Heartbreaker had a particularly interesting story. We are so happy she and all of the animals found their way home.
