Dear God,�Thank You that You make all things new. There is nothing You cannot fix, restore, or redeem, for You are the mender of broken hearts and the Redeemer of every story. I’m so grateful that, just as Romans 8:28 promises, “in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” You take the lemons of life and turn them into sweet lemonade, bringing beauty from ashes and hope from despair.

Please continue Your transforming work in me. Take every broken piece and disappointment and weave them into something beautiful for Your glory. Strengthen my faith to trust Your redeeming hand even when I can’t see the full picture. Fill me with fresh hope and joy as I watch You make all things new.

Our highly anticipated annual festival pays homage to Darien’s thriving sh*****ng and fishing industry. This three-day event features a plethora of activities and attractions, including an art show, delectable food and beverage vendors, unique arts and crafts, a 5K, engaging children’s activities, a classic car show, nightly live entertainment, and an enthralling marine parade.

It was a cold one and I fished with a ninja! We caught a pile of fish but kept only what we needed. This young man prayed over me at the end of the trip. What a great day!
