update

The decision has been made to place dad on hospice care. His eyes are open but he is unable to follow commands, respond, or even squeeze his hand. To continue treatment he would also need a major abdominal surgery, which doctors are not confident would be beneficial at this point. Anyone who knows our dad knows he wouldn’t want to continue his life hooked up to machines to keep him alive. Due to this, we have decided to proceeded with comfort measures. We sincerely appreciate all of the love, support, and prayers. Please continue to keep my family in your thoughts as we move forward through this process. Courtney & Lizzy
