Today marks 7 years since Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure opened at Islands of Adventure, and it is as popular as ever! Because it’s such an amazing ride, the lines can quickly build and consistently stay around a 2 hour wait during certain times of year.

Want my advice?
✨Rope drop it!
You may still be looking at a 45 minute wait, but that sure beats 2 hours! If you’re just not a morning person, my next advice is to use the Single Rider line. You won’t be able to ride with anyone in your party, but you also won’t wait very long!

Harry Potter fans will love all the details like Hagrid’s hut, wandering the grounds outside of Hogwarts, and seeing so many of Hagrid’s fluffy friends.

If World of Color is on your Disney California Adventure Park must-do list, you’ve got a few different viewing options. Guests can typically experience the show through:

Dessert parties

Dining packages

Virtual queue viewing areas

Each option offers a different experience, but there’s really no WRONG way to see this show.

A few things to know:

Guests closer to the front can absolutely get wet

The show theme and scenes change over time

Some Pixar Pier attractions will close during the show

World of Color is one of those Disneyland Resort experiences worth planning ahead for. Choosing the right viewing option for your budget, priorities, and park style can make a huge difference in the overall experience. But viewing it, however you do, is HIGHLY recommended. Has anyone seen it?

Disney’s All-Star Music Resort is perfect for multi-generational family trips, ideal for when you have a larger crew, when you need a spot for a midday napper or a dedicated spot for Mom and Dad to unwind away from the kids after a long park day.

The Family Suites offer something families REALLY want:
