Updated with the latest events and experiences at Siboney Cellars, beginning with Siboney Domino Day Pig Roasts - Aug 23, Sep 20, Oct 18 this Sunday. Our Estate Wine Weekend is going public on Sunday Sept 6 at 1PM, with a live fire grill and live music with The Lonestar Souvenirs! Gonna be a party!

Twilight Thursday features a newly expanded menu after 5PM, catch a great pairing with Ahi Tuna Steaks, Smasher Sliders, or our fabulous Cubano Sandwiches.
We are also on station for Texas Wine Jam in September. And the Texas Hill Country Wineries Passport for Texas wine Month1
New Fall Wine Club Release events are scheduled for October 4 and 11. And We roll through September & October with two more Domino Day pig roasts.
