Meant to disclose this: Cuban Sandwiches are officially on the menu here. Available Thursday during Twilight Tastings, and also on Mondays. Which reminds us to let you know that we are also now open on Monday, noon to 5. Apologies for withholding this critical detail! To make sure that the Cubano isn't overly fussy, underly-authentic, or otherwise super-curated, elevated, etc. we did sample this sandwich for a few weeks, and a few of you encouraged us to continue. So here it is... the humble Cuban, miles from Havana, but closer to our heart -- in fact, from Miguel's family "recipe." So, you know, when you plan your next visit, consider these options. All this, just four miles west of Johnson City, in the Texas Hill Country.
