25 year old floor had to Go !! New European Oak Engineered flooring installed !! After Thanksgiving project. New 5.5” baseboards & other real airs & painting. Glue down install with polyurethane glue … very solid under foot !! (2 weeks & complete)

Hair Salon is wrapping up on Kapiolani Blvd. Another week or so & we’ll be complete. Happy Architect & Happy Owners Yes, that’s a bar in the hair Salon ... I guess that’s a thing now ??

Guests coming to visit more often... get rid of the Futon and have O’DC,LLC build you a custom Murphy Bed (wall bed) ... we can put bookcases on the sides; folding desk on the front ... Many custom options & way more comfortable for guests !!! (Murphy the dog, Not Included)

Kahaluu Kitchen is complete
Waited 2 weeks for tile backsplash to arrive & got it done in 2 days ... living in Hawaii ... shipping materials in for use ... uuugghh !!! Delays .. go's with the territory :-)
