Today, one of my clients and her daughter are on their way to Paris! ❤️✈️

Knowing they're about to experience those unforgettable moments... the first glimpse of the Eiffel Tower, strolling through charming streets, enjoying a café, and making memories together makes me just as excited for them.

✈️ Travel Tip Tuesday ✈️

💡 Don't let your PTO expire before you use it!

It's easy to get caught up in work and keep saying, "I'll take a trip someday."

Before you know it, the calendar is almost over and those vacation days disappear.

Here's my tip:

📅 At the beginning of the year or as soon as you know your PTO balance put your vacation dates on your calendar first.

You can always adjust them later, but blocking the time makes it much more likely you'll actually take that trip you've been dreaming about.

Your PTO is part of your compensation... you've earned it!
