How Beer Might Save Democracy

"Political polarization in America has deepened, with growing contempt between opposing parties, according to Pew research. Professor Michael Goldsby suggests a simple remedy: step away from social media and engage in face-to-face conversations in places like bars or coffee shops, where authentic, empathetic dialogue can flourish. Rebuilding common ground through real-world connections is essential to preserving democratic discourse."
