October is my birthday month, so my October Five includes a few ways I’m planning to treat myself! 🎂 But there’s a personal reason behind these picks, too. Each of these businesses has shown up for me and our community.
✨ SALT Wellness and Sports Recovery supported my Mother’s Day giveaway launch without even knowing me, when I had nothing to show yet. They took a chance on me, and I’ve wanted to try their services ever since.
✨ Premier Beauty also supported that launch! A lash lift and tint with Larisa is on my birthday wish list. I loved mine this summer. Most days, I’m in my mom uniform without makeup, and it helped me feel a little more put together with zero extra effort. Plus, there was no waterproof mascara to mess with. 😉
✨ 323 Bakery contributed to our Sweet Relief bake sale, then supported Kerr Kids’ Day of Play the very next weekend. Two weekends in a row of showing up for our community deserves some love back! They contributed delicious looking chicken pot pies and they were snatched up quick. So I am heading there this month so I don't have to worry about dinner.
✨ La Paloma Treats also contributed massively to the Sweet Relief bake sale, and Lisa worked the ENTIRE event. I will never forget the time and heart she gave. She is not just baked goods though. Last month, I got a casserole from her and it was delicious and easy peasy. She has pies on her menu for the holiday's too y'all!
✨ East End Pizza Co. donated pizza to keep our card and bake sale sign making crew fueled up that Unclejennsworld & Kerr Kids hosted. A pizza night or their Saturday pasta night is on my birthday wish list too! 🍕
