Marine Biology Camp Session 2, Day 4 (Sea Turtle Day). Thank you to Sarah and the staff from the Miami-Dade County Parks Sea Turtle Conservation Program for the outstanding presentation this morning. There are two things I can't control in the camp, weather and nature. Both cooperated this morning as the rain stopped in time for the program and Sarah found a live turtle hatchling in the nest while doing her nest evaluation. You should have seen the looks on the kid's faces when Sarah pulled a live turtle from the nest!
