The condo is located just a 2-minute walk from the Kamaole Beaches, shopping, and dining options, making it the perfect location for a beach vacation. Enjoy the peaceful tropical garden view from the lanai, perfect for sipping a morning coffee or a relaxing evening. We have included free Netflix for your entertainment during your stay and all taxes and fees are already included in the price, so you can book with confidence and enjoy your stay without any additional charges. Plus, this unit has a self-check-in feature for added convenience and social distancing. Your health and safety is our top priority. We are using products approved by the CDC to eradicate any lingering germs, bacteria, and viruses. We are taking extra precautions by ensuring all commonly touched surfaces are wiped down completely. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. And, not only will you be enjoying a luxurious vacation, but you'll also be making a difference in our island community. Each time you book this unit, we donate $10 (equivalent to 40 meals!) to the Maui Food Bank charity to help feed those in need. Our spacious and modern condo includes a king-size bed, memory foam mattress, A/C, a 55'' TV with Netflix, and free Wi-Fi. Take advantage of resort amenities including a pool, hot tub, and outdoor grills. Book now and experience the perfect beach vacation with added convenience. The space The condo features brand new furniture and a modern open floor concept in the kitchen and living room. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the lanai while you relax and unwind. The condo has been designed with your comfort in mind and comes equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, high-end beddings and a large closet for your convenience. The renovated bathroom comes with a shower/bathtub, granite counter sink, and a washer/dryer. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests and a dining table. Take advantage of all the resort amenities including the swimming pool, hot tub, ping pong, and outdoor grills. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs for your use during your stay. It's yours to enjoy :) Other things to note Mandatory Resort Fee - the resort requires that all guests register at the front desk office upon arrival. At that time you will receive a resort map, the combination for the pool and the side gates plus a parking slip for your reserved parking space. The Kamaole Sands office will charge you a one-time (for your entire stay) resort fee of $40 (plus tax 4.167%) + Registration Fee of $30. Please note that none of this amount goes to us, but to the resort.
