Went to place I’ve never been, the Driving Range. My human is learning to use her clubs and I tagged along to make sure she’s ok. ⛳️ The range is very pretty, but soooo hot!

Takes a brave little platelet to hang out with kings, princes, and lots of big fishes. Most exciting part? I had a conversation with Dory when I swam in the pool. She told me to just keep swimming. 🐠

So those of you on this page are among the few people that know anything about my ITP so it's only fitting that you be the people I share this great news with.... I went to the Dr yesterday and found out that my counts are officially at a NORMAL level!!!!!!

The last time this happened I went into a 17 year remission. I don't know how long this one will last but I am SO grateful to be in remission at all. It's really scary to look normal but feel terrified and live at risk. So I want to thank you all for being supportive and I especially want to thank Tico for holding my hand and keeping me company at all of my appointments, Jillian for finding such a unique and thoughtful way of showing me support that has actually reminded me that I'm never alone, Jason for always showing care and concern, and Charlie platelet of course because he was Jillian's little shadow turning her intention into something tangible.

I'm still going to take him everywhere because she (yes, him/she) is a wonderful reminder and I love knowing I always have at least 19 platelets. 💜

A few months ago I received a very sweet gift. A Christmas tree full of platelets! Since, my platelets have traveled with me on several adventures. I always thhink of the thoughtfulness that went into that gift when I take them along with me, especially that of my daughter, jillian. I thought you might enjoy following along with us.
