Thirteen Disney cruises later, I finally sailed the brand-new Disney Destiny. It was just my husband and I, so our aim was more focused on adult experiences and spaces.🚢✨

The ship is gorgeous, polished, and full of fantastical Disney details. The adult dining and tastings were definite highlights: Enchanté lunch, Palo dinner, beverage tastings, and more.

That said, “adults-only” comes with an asterisk. Some quiet spaces weren’t exactly quiet, many bars are family-friendly until after 9pm, and Serenity Bay now has family cabanas nearby. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know before you book.

Would I sail the Destiny again? Absolutely. The Disney Destiny allows for both grownup and family fun and a great idea for a multi-generational vacation. I personally can’t wait to sail with my family and our little grandson.
