Yesterday we started the day off at Magic Kingdom with breakfast at Sleepy Hollow and then ate a late lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern. Moved over to Disney Springs for an evening of shopping and just spending time together talking and people watching…lol.

Going to be a busy day at the Disney World Parks today. Magic Kingdom: Jesse’s Round-Up at the Diamond Horseshoe starts....

Yesterday afternoon got checked into our other room and it is so nice. Disney’s Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary Resort is very nice. We have a lake view and when you get off the elevator you can see most of the Magic Kingdom.

First half of day at Epcot and was able to get on the soft opening of the redone Soarin’ across America (which was great) of course had to ride Guardians of the Galaxy. Went for a late lunch at Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar for the first time. Atmosphere was neat and it was a quaint place to eat. Food was good and the server seen that we were celebrating our Anniversary on this trip and gave us a free treat.

Back at Disney Springs for an early dinner at The Boathouse, one of our absolute favorites. Food is always great!!! The filet mignon sliders melt in your mouth and the rolls here are the only ones that I personally believe can be as good as Texas Roadhouse (no joke).
