Is your child’s passport from before 2021? Then it’s already time to renew! Kids’ passports are only valid for 5 years (not 10) and those years fly by!
Check their expiration dates and set a reminder to renew. More at travel.state.gov/passport

Don’t let this common mistake ruin your vacation! Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond your travel dates.
Always check the passport validity requirements for your destination at travel.state.gov/destination to avoid getting turned around at the airport.

🌍Email a photo to yourself & save it in the cloud

🌏Store a paper copy in your luggage

🌍This will be very helpful in the event that your passport is lost or stolen. The copy can help prove that you are who you say you are and that you did have a passport.
