We had to share these incredible bear photos from a guest who stayed at Roaring Fork Lodge! 🐻📸

Our guests arrived hoping to see a bear, and within 15 minutes of pulling up to the cabin, their wish came true! They ended up seeing at least one bear every day of their trip. One morning, they even found a bear hanging out on the back balcony, which was a huge hit with their grandkids!

They nicknamed their frequent visitor “BooBoo,” and when the grandkids asked why, Dennis pulled up an old Yogi Bear cartoon to explain.....such a fun moment! They also spotted a mama bear with a cub one evening, along with another curious bear who looked just a little different than BooBoo.

We love seeing families make unforgettable memories here in the Smokies, and it doesn’t get much more memorable than this! If you’re looking for a true mountain experience, Roaring Fork Lodge just might deliver a visit from BooBoo himself. 🏞️🐾
