This estate sale is for our dear friends who recently lost their precious mom. We have a large
condo – packed everywhere, and do I mean PACKED, with high-end-today designs clothing with
racks, racks, racks and rooms with racks of clothes that are Small, 4, 6, 8 and Mediums i.e.
brands Joseph Ribkoff, Venus, Chicos, Anne Klein, Calvin Klein, Max Studios and more. Lots of
Sterling jewelry and lots of costume jewelry arriving day of sale.one long gun rifle day of sale
and a small BB type pellet gun, Designer glass frames, Also, beautiful shoes and leather boots
sizes 6-6.5 and most never worn i.e. Clarks, Bernie Mev, Micheal Kors Boots, Cole Hahn Boots,
BZess, Corleys, Vionics, Flit Fit, Bareltigs, high end facial creams, shampoos and beauty supplies

blade -nice new look, tools and vintage metal tool bx with tools selling with whatever is in each

liquidation sell out is located just off McCloud Road and/or Maynardville Hwy to
McCloud to Condo Community entrance and not far from behind Hardees and Weigels
via McCloud Rd. I like turning at the white church on Maynardville Pk below Weigels and
cutting through the community to McCloud then right and then left into Peterson Condo
community to Hartland Ln.

Parking: LIMITED to a very few on this home’s street due to design of road
culdesacs/driveways mailboxes but more available on and best to just park along main
entrance boulevard road on the left side only next to the woods rather than the condo
housing side (right) as you first come into the community. If handicapped, please take a
park within the culdesac circle. Easier to get in and out for those with a handicap walker
crutches etc. Main parking is the left side after entering the condo community-Peterson
Place. Signs will be up - “Parking This Side” main road. Thank You! One side parking due to
emergency vehicles access. Thank You!
Entrance: Enter main house at Front Door via the walk to front porch during this sale. We
reserve the right to revise as needed throughout the day for our sale.
Checkout: In/Near Garage.
Tickets: Available as placeholder one hour before sale usually and are located on orange
traffic cone at the end of driveway. Take next lowest number. If raining, it will be revised
to dry location at the house.
We must be able to see all items being purchased. NOTE: NEW/ We will have bags and/or
boxes for your use so please do not bring your own or large purses into the house. “Start-
A-Pile” piles will need to be sorted and displayed such that all merchandise can be seen
so a discounted price can be determined at check-out.
Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing
and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. You are responsible
for removal/loading as help is very limited. You will need to arrange for appropriate level
of help and schedule for pick up as we no longer load items or is very limited based on
health. Also, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase
movement as you may need them as well as bungee or tie downs etc.
