When I first joined the Knox Brew Tours Team 7 years ago this summer, I had no idea what kind of beautiful journey I was about to embark on. Zack Roskop was truly my first connection point to my new life in Knoxville, and he has remained a steadfast friend and mentor ever since. When I launched my new venture, Zack and his incredible wife Amy were my first official tickets sold, and my heart could burst with pride and gratitude over how much that meant (and will always mean) to me.

Through Zack’s support and belief in me, I have been encouraged to follow my heart back into the business that I love so much: sharing the stories of Knoxville’s dreamers, doers, and makers…one sip at a time. There is no ACE Tours Knox without Knox Brew Tours, and there is no Ace without Zack. Thank you for everything 🙏
