BIKE WEEK SHUTTLE – Friday and Saturday, the Winnipesaukee Spirit will be providing shuttle service between Meredith and Weirs Beach. Every hour on the hour starting at 10:00 AM from the Meredith Town Docks, and every hour on the half hour starting at 9:30 AM from Weirs Beach. The service is $25 roundtrip, with food and beverage service available on board.

Did someone say ENCORE? We barely had a chance to promote our collaboration with the Winnipesaukee Playhouse and the Meredith Historical Society, before the tickets were gone. Due to operational difficulties with our facilities in Alton Bay, including ice damage sustained to one of our piling clusters this winter, our Sunday morning departure from Alton Bay will be moved to the port of Wolfeboro until further notice. Safety is our first priority, and we plan to restore service to Alton Bay once these operational challenges have been resolved.

Yesterday afternoon, the M/S Mount Washington arrived at Weirs Beach and began final preparations for the start of her 153rd season, beginning this Sunday with the Mother’s Day Brunch. Daily cruises begin on Saturday, May 17.

HONORED: Today we received a package from the Department of the Interior, informing us that photographs of the M/S Mount Washington and M/V Sophie C will be incorporated into the permanent collection of the Library of Congress as part of the Heritage Documentation Program of the National Park Service. The collection is a record of significant achievements in American architecture, and includes "the best examples of American ingenuity, skill and craftsmanship."
