So we (Steven and Kelly) are planning a mission trip to UGANDA! Before any funds, it would mean the most to us to be in your prayers. This trip will take place through our church Flatirons Community Church. We are super excited to see what God does in our lives and are feeling led and called to Africa this summer! ails and Information. Here is our bios, details about the trip, and extra information for how we plan on using the funds. My name is Kelly Ice and I have always had a dream to go serve in Uganda since I was in my early teens. I would love to go this summer to get a taste of it and possibly see if God wants to use me in long-term missions in my future. I was saved when I was a young girl and I think that Jesus has plans for my life in missions and spreading the word. All of our funds will go towards getting us to Uganda and loving on the people. My name is Steven Kolberg and I really feel called to serve in the mission field. I have always been passionate about living abroad and serving and showing people the love of Jesus. I grew up reading books about missionaries to Africa, South American, Europe, and etc... I feel since I was adopted that my life is not my own and I want God to use me in any way he chooses. I feel God leading me in this time of my life to Uganda.

So for those who do not know Kelly and I (Steven) are going on a mission trip through Flatirons Community Church to Uganda. We are going to serve as part of VBS team to Iganga. We are assisting Musana which is completely owned amd run by the local community of Iganga. Musana is comitted to providing shelter, healthcare, education, and life skills to over 600 children. For more info on Musana visit www.musana.org.
Kelly and I are praying God changes us through this experience more than anything else. We want to be used by God to reach out to the people of Iganga and come along with Musana to show them God's love.
