✈️ With ongoing travel delays and cancellations affecting nearly 10% of flights from 40 major airports, many of us are craving a break—not from life, but from the noise.
I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to 48 out of 50 states, including Washington D.C., the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. And while I’m deeply grateful for those experiences, I can say with full confidence: there is still so much beauty, history, and wonder right here in our own backyard.
You don’t have to fly across the world to feel inspired. Sometimes the most meaningful journeys are the ones within driving distance. Here are just a few road trip-worthy destinations across the U.S.—places that are easy to reach, rich in character, and full of surprises:
🟢 Southeast
• St. Augustine, FL: Oldest city in the U.S. with Spanish architecture, coastal charm, and walkable history
• Blowing Rock, NC: Mountain town with boutique shops, scenic overlooks, and cozy vibes
🔵 Pacific Region
• Sedona, AZ: Red rock landscapes, spiritual energy, and breathtaking drives
• Silver City, NM: Artsy desert town with rich mining history and stunning sunsets
🟣 Pacific Northwest
• Walla Walla, WA: Wine country meets small-town charm with rolling hills and great food
• Coeur d’Alene, ID: Lakeside beauty, forested trails, and a peaceful downtown
🟡 Midwest
• Bayfield, WI: Lakeside village with ferry access to the Apostle Islands and charming local shops
• Lanesboro, MN: Biking trails, river views, and a thriving arts scene

I’ve planned road trips from Louisiana to Orlando and back, a two-week journey from Virginia to Montana, and countless adventures through the Shenandoah Valley. I’m currently mapping out a new route from Louisiana to Washington D.C. and back—and I’d love to help you do the same.
✨ I also have access to trusted travel portals that offer flexible payment options—including down payments and installment plans up until 30 days before your hotel arrival. That means you can secure your trip now without having to pay everything upfront—and still enjoy a high-quality experience.
