You know what’s cool? Living within driving distance to Disney World.
I took the plunge almost two years ago and I don’t regret a thing. I can drive to the beach, spend the day at Magic Kingdom, or get good coffee in the city.
I moved here to be near Disney World. I’m staying because I like the city vibes and I love being near a warm ocean.
Alright, sure. Florida has a weird reputation. I’ll say that I feel at home in the Central Florida area including the east and west coasts. So basically, the middle third of Florida has some of my favorite places!
I like it so much that I got my Florida Real Estate License last year and started my dream job as a New Home Sales Consultant. I’m helping peeps find their home on the space coast and loving every minute of it.
Specifically, I’m selling newly built homes for Maronda. It’s way more fun and involved than selling resales. I get to help people choose their home layout, cabinets, colors, you name it!
My opinion may seem biased but buying a new build has a ton of advantages over resales. (We bought a new-build when I moved here.) For one thing, the market is absolutely nuts right now. People are making all-cash offers over the asking price.
Most builders won’t incentivize cash offers and only require a small deposit to secure your home.
The homes are also very affordable.
I know a lot of people reading this either live in Florida or dream of living near the theme parks someday. I’m hoping my new journey can help some of you make the leap and find a home here!
