🎉 One Year of Lamplight Travel! 🎉

Today, I’m celebrating one year of owning and operating my own travel business, and the biggest thing I want to say is thank you.

A year ago, I took a leap of faith and dove headfirst into becoming a Travel Planner. I had no idea where this journey would take me, but I will never forget my very first client, my first family to travel, and all of the incredible adventures and experiences I’ve had the opportunity to be part of along the way.

✨ My first year by the numbers
• 54 reservations made
• 27 amazing clients served
•Visited/toured 7 resorts between Disney World and Universal Orlando
• Experienced my first Disney Cruise
• Toured my first Royal Caribbean ship
• Planned 2 Ireland vacations

But beyond the numbers, the most meaningful part of this journey has been the people. Along the way, I made 13 new friends (plus one who was already my personal travel planner), and I am so grateful for every client, supplier, family member, friend, and fellow travel advisor who has been part of this adventure. My family has been so supportive and puts up with me posting their pictures!

A special thank you to Jill for believing in me from the beginning and encouraging me to take this leap. Your support helped make this dream a reality.

This first year has been filled with learning, growth, excitement, and unforgettable memories. I can’t wait to see what year two has in store!

Celebrating National Grandparents Day with a heart full of Disney dreams… because my first grandson is due in December, and you know I’m already planning his first magical adventure. Congratulations to my oldest son and his wife!

Here is a room tour of room 4508, Zebra Trail at Disney’s Animal Kingdom lodge. The room and the resort were gorgeous and the restaurants are amazing. We did not have a car on this visit but we didn’t need one. The bus transportation was great.
