We've got a 4-twin bedroom with plenty of room to play. The backyard is flat with thick grass. Entertainment? We've got board games and movies! Yahoo TV and Wifi. A great dock for fishing. Oh, and an expansive lake

in our backyard! Want to cook? Our kitchen is stocked with what we believe to be all the necessary gadgets. See something we're missing? Let us know. Relax by the fire pit. Watch the sunset from the deck. Serve dinner on the covered deck (complete with a fabulous view). Soak up the sun in the loungers. Have an iced tea or glass of wine sitting by the water in an Adirondack chair. We have one rule: Enjoy your stay!

Need to be in Hot Springs for the duration of the Oaklawn horse racing season? Come stay on beautiful Lake Hamilton at Sunset Bay. Ten minutes from the race track, our 4 BR / 3 BA home is spacious indeed, but the feel is quite cozy. The street is quiet and the sunsets are spectacular.
