This QT 😭💗🖤 Portrait of a man’s best friend.

Tattoo is healed. Leaves are from photos I took of local flora while hiking in the Adirondacks.

Barbara made a 6 drive to get her first tattoo. 💛 Black eyed Susan’s and a monarch butterfly…classic.

When she said her tattoo is better than anything she could have expected my heart swelled. I’m grateful and humbled.

Art and tattooing have taken me places I never could have imagined and allowed me to work with people from all walks of life - racially, spiritually, politically, economically. The creative road has known no boundaries flowing like water through sand. I’m immensely grateful to have been born an artist in a melting pot of a city, to have been raised by strict ethnic parents who taught me discipline, molded in a sports village where I acquired mental fortitude and perseverance skills, and refined in sprawling landscape where it’s not only commonplace, but celebrated to shoot for the stars. I got to share a little bit with Ana of . We talked about the journey and the current iteration of my career as a tattoo studio owner of . It’s a 4 minute, beautifully crafted interview. LOVING so much about this tattoo. 🤩 Video on the second slide.

My client wanted a horseshoe with the name boxer on it and sentimental florals. I made a few recommendations on the placement of the name and types of flower we used to help me create the best composition possible. The client’s flexibility really helped with the outcome.
