The right lighting always sets the mood and makes what is beautiful that much more inviting. This is our phase 2 section of this estate. The floods are all WiFi controlled and App driven. Each Flood is dimmable and capable of your choice of thousands of colors.

This lead bar on this cover was 1" 3/4 off from one side of the pool to the other. Not to mention, both carriages were popping wheelies since the pool builder installed it 2 years ago.
No more wheelies and it tracks straight now.

Removing an antique HID card access system and bringing The Ports of Sullivan into the 21st. Century with an MIQ Access System. This system still allows contactless cards and key fobs, but also your phone if you forget your card or fob. All access is stored on a log with date and time stamps for faculty reference and law enforcement.

We are huge fans of Govee exterior lights and we've used their flexible led and neon product for several applications. This was our first dealings with their permanent led scene lighting and we were very impressed. It is a laborious installation process but the results were phenomenal!
