A great honor for one of our local artists - Bucks County artist, Kenn Backhaus, is going to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from PleinAir Magazine during the 11th Annual PleinAir Convention in Asheville, NC, this May.
He is represented locally by Highlands Art Gallery and Highlands Modern Art Gallery here in town.
Kudos, Kenn! Congratulations!

PIX 11 News just aired a lovely story about Lambertville. This is such a lovely city to visit. We have a wonderful business district full of art, antiques, boutiques, restaurants and charm - perfect for holiday shopping. We have the Delaware Canal Tow Path and we are on the Delaware River to explore. The leaves are changes, so it's a very special time of year. New Hope, Pennsylvania is just a short walk across the river with a personality of its own. There's a lot of historic architecture here, as well. Come spend the day here or the weekend.
