Breakdowns are part of life on the road.
This week, a fan clutch decided it had other plans while one of our coaches was traveling the East Coast. No matter how much preventative maintenance you do, no matter how many inspections you perform before a bus leaves the yard, things can and will happen.
The difference isn’t whether a problem happens it’s how you respond when it does.
In this business, success is measured by your ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and get back on the road quickly. It’s about having the right people, the right relationships, and the determination to find solutions when others see obstacles.
Every breakdown is a reminder that preparation matters, but resilience matters even more.
