There are some changes though for those wanting to see this beautiful area. They have limited the amount of guests allowed on a single tour. Also this is the upper Antelope Canyon and they have changed the way the tour is conducted. Guests no longer will be coming back through the Canyon after walking to the end, instead everyone must circle around back to the beginning by walking up a steep metal walkway, over a sandy desert road and then back down a steep set of stairs. It was 105 degrees on opening day and the walk was hot and dry. Here are some images of the group walking back from the end of the Canyon.
